Registered infrastructure owners and their representatives, as well as potential investors, will find relevant partners. The objective of the portal is to co-plan the co-deployment of ICT with road transport or energy infrastructure, as well as provide information on priority areas for current investment. The portal services provide access to information based on equality and transparency. The search for the potential partners is carried out in compliance with the principle of a fair competition. The project is supported by the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries.
